Use the recipe for ProCakes as directed on the package. Create smaller individual pancakes using about a tablespoon of prepared mix per pancake.
Using disposable wood skewers or metal bbq skewers, spear pancakes alternating with fresh strawberries, raspberries, banana’s, mint leaves or anything else that suits your tastes.
Create a dip with greek yogurt, a little stevia and some raw cacao or chocolate protein powder. Enjoy!
