2014 – Year 1 Review

protein pancakes 2014 review

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since we began our journey with ProCakes. When I started this little company, I had no expectations. I was too afraid to even consider what may come of my venture in the first year.

So here I am, with a cup of lemon tea on the last day of the year, looking back at what a beautiful experience it was. Certainly it hasn’t been an easy ride. The food industry is hard to break into and even harder to be successful in. Product expires, tastebuds are different, there are regulations to adhere to and customers to serve, but through it all, I’m proud to say I’ve kept true to my mission which is to create the most nutritionally rich comfort food I can offer the market, and to never compromise on quality. Staying true to that vision has made my growth process a little more intentional, strategic and certainly a lot more gratifying.

Looking ahead to 2015

I’m so excited about the year ahead for ProCakes!! We’ll be debuting our product at the Fancy Food Show in January in San Francisco and participating in several fitness oriented subscription boxes (JackPacked and Pretty Fit). We’re also excited to bring on board some PR talent to spread the word about our product and promote our future innovations.

Speaking of future innovations, this year will also bring new product offerings that are currently in the works. I’m SO excited to bring these babies into the world and share our creative solutions to eating well – both in quality and taste.

Until then, I invite you to stay connected via Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and also do sign up for our VIP mailing list as we offer much bigger discounts to that audience then anywhere else.

Thanks for staying connected here on our blog and I wish you a beautiful, healthy and successful year ahead. May you have the courage to chase your dreams and may the very best of those dreams come true.
